The Best Advert for Our School

By far, the best advert for our school are our wonderful pupils.  We are constantly blown-away by their kindness and positive attitude towards school and learning. 

Roles

We try to give our pupils lots of roles and responsibilities in school in order to develop their organisation, communication and leadership skills.  

Some roles include:

- School Council

- Play Leaders

- Reading Allowed Experts

- Ivengers

- Anti-bullying Ambassadors

Rewards

We aim to support children in becoming intrinsically motivated, but we also like to regard and praise children for exceptional levels of effort.  We award Class Dojo points for a range of desired behaviours, offer stickers, enter children's work in the Golden Book and of course offer lots of words of praise and encouragement.

In addition to this, we are always on the lookout for Superstar Students.  These are students who Strive to Shine in all they do!  Superstar Students receive a range of rewards that are organised by the school council.
